"Great location, Clean rooms"

"We were booked for a 3 night stay. On 1 of the 3 nights our room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk to get clean towels and specifically asked that housekeeping clean our room the next day. The next morning, we saw housekeeping outside the room next to ours andI asked the girl if we were to have our room cleaned. She told me that she would be there in 10 minutes. An hour and a half later, when we checked the hallway, she had skipped our room entirely and I had to ask again to have it cleaned. In addition, the first night we were there, I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I alerted the front desk and they said that they would have maintenance come up and fix it. No one ever showed up the entire time we were there."

"This property has so much potential if it was run properly! Rooms outdated, no soap in bathrooms in common areas, staff not friendly at all. No daily housekeeping, no breakfast just coffee in the morning that was always out and no napkins . Building is nice looking, Parking was easy , just a shame what a little care could make this property great!"

"Overall the house was nice, but I definitely think people need to understand that if you want the third queen bed you have to pay an extra fee. This was not clear to me when I booked the house and I went back and read the description, and had others read it as well, and none of us could find where it said that. It was definitely a big surprise when we got there and found one of the bedrooms locked. At that point there really wasn’t anything we could do about it because we needed the bed and we’re forced to pay the 70. The description also says it has a futon which it doesn’t, it has a daybed. Thats not a big deal, and didn’t bother us but if you are going there expecting one you won’t find it. We didn’t really use the kitchen much, but it seemed to be well stocked. I’m not sure I would rent again just because I feel like I got tricked with the whole 3rd bedroom thing, but if you know that going in it’s really not a bad house and pretty close to Chapel Hill. "
