"We had a friends reunion at this lovely place. Seamless check in, very responsive host who responded quickly to questions. Very clean home and bedrooms and baths, well supplied kitchen, quiet neighborhood, parking in driveway was easy (and free). Conveniently located near coffee shops and grocery stores, not at all far from center of Chapel Hill. Would stay here again enthusiastically!"

"Pictures of hotel show hot tub and heated pool. There was NO hot tub and the pool.eas ice cold. The breakfast food was like warm at best"

"The Hotel and the staff were lovely, unfortunately we did not have a car, so we needed cabs for shops and restaurants."

"The staff were nice and our stay was fine overall. Two things require improvements: 1) the hallways frequently smelled very bad. 2) It’s impossible to relax in outdoor areas if other guests are allowed to play videos or music (loudly) on speaker. I would suggest putting up clear signs that having one’s phone on speaker in common areas is not allowed and actually enforcing it."

"The property was good. The pool was ice cold ( fresh water ) but I booked the hotel because of the pool. We would stay there again!"
