"The bed was ultra comfortable, really liked the comfy mattress and individual duvets. Had the best self-serve healthy breakfast, just like at home! Laundry facilities were clean and our clothes came out smelling fresh. We loved the rooftop hot tub, had great views and enjoyed scheduling a private visit. Nice touches with teddy robes, shower steamer, and rubber ducky. Great location for shopping and dining too, especially In Bocca al Lupo next door to the hotel. The staff was also really helpful and friendly. Stayed in room 201 - a bit noisy but hey, it's right downtown."
