"Great 2 bedroom condo. Spacious and very clean. Walkable to many restaurants including Whalers village which is right next door. 2 drawbacks : shower temperature was off and hard to adjust, shower was cold for at least 5 min before becoming warm and a very loud noise was always present coming from the generators in whalers village. Our balcony was on that side and it took away from the experience of just sitting outside. Recommend u get condo unit on the opposite side. But otherwise truly a...

"Loved this property from beginning to end. So clean and spacious. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. We had one issue with a drain and it was fixed w/in the hour. You are near everything...beach, restaurants and Whalers shopping center. Loved the pool area as well. Lots of chairs and lots of tables if you want to eat near the pool while looking over at the ocean. I have stayed 6x at different resorts on Kaanapali and this is in my top 2. We were sad to leave, great experience. "

"Love love love this property. They have thought of everything. Why did I even need to pack anything?Room was excellent. Right on the beach. Staff was always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Check in after hours was a breeze. Cool pool area we never used. Parking was always available no matter when we got back and free. Nice convenient area. Food truck courtyard looked interesting but never could find the entrance will definitely stay here again"

"We arrived at night and the check-in process was smooth. When we woke up in the morning we thought we were dreaming, stepping out onto the balcony, we were able to experience whales, sea turtles, sea birds and butterflies...in addition to the spectacular view of the crystal blue water. "The Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa was an absolutely beautiful and amazing stay. The staff was next level, the cleanliness was top tier, the amenities are exactly what we were looking for for our honeymoon. We are avid snorkelers, to our surprise black rock had variety of fish and even turtles! I will say, I wish they had let us know about the Luau that they host and on what schedule, but I should have easily planned ahead and found that out myself. I ignorantly assumed it'd be all weekend. Nevertheless, all good things to say about this experience!"
