"The package I purchased included a daily room credit for meals. The Bali restaurant wasn’t my favorite as far as meals but staff were so respectful, helpful, patient, and kind. There were a lot of shops that were walking distance. Uber drivers were professional and friendly. The hotel was clean, and smelled fresh. The resort itself was well kept. I didn’t spend much time on the beach so I truly can’t speak for that but it’s multiple beaches and pools on the resort along with shops. Most shops closed at nine. Overall, time and money well spent! Will definitely rebook."

"Its my husbands and I"s 20 year anniversary, we wanted just a standard room nothing special. At 1st, the room they put us in was one next to the elevator and the janitor's closet. We heard slams of the door every 10 to 15 mins when we got in. So we decided to tell them that wasnt right. Not sure why they would put anyone in that room. They did change our room, they gave us champagne and chocolates that made us feel better. Still the room was too humid due to a crack in the door. We were on floor 18, the veiw was beautiful. But there is no wifi on that floor, so we had to go down stairs to do all our planning online. "

"Aqua Aloha Surf is a budget friendly property in mid Waikiki. Easy walk to beach, shopping, restaurants, dining. Front lobby easy to access, Pool area small but clean. Pool towels available. Rooms were small but fine for 4 days. Balcony view was peeps of ocean and mountains. Beds clean and very comfortable. Shower water pressure great. Small kitchenette area was helpful."

"Didn’t like the additional $50/day resort fee on top of what we already paid through Hotels.com. Not sure that was even kosher. Parking is $60/day. That said, still a nice value, super location, little convenience store and great restaurant on property. Half of waikīkī and the zoo are within walking distance. "

"Our ocean view was terrific. The pool was nice though not very deep. We did not use enough of the 'amenities' to justify paying an extra $50 per day resort fee. There was very little for a vegetarian to eat and breakfast cost $60 for an omelet and country fried steak. They advertise a rental car agent on the property and that is no longer true. Also, when you are catering to many people you should provide unscented bathroom products. "
