"Mostly wonderful. The food at the restaurant- not worth it. One problem: as you exit to the beach, there is a very narrow and uncomfortable staircase of 2/3 steps down, very rough and uncomfortable. The rest was straightforward and comfortable. Local music at night was a very pleasant touch."

"I suspect that all of the in room air-conditioning units need maintenance to clean their filters. The first room I got the air conditioner was struggling to push out any air, and the replacement room was just about the same. Another enjoy, the Domino’s Pizza restaurant that is attached to the hotel lobby has no prices on their menu, and when I asked the store manager, he refused to tell me any prices until I put my order in."

"Easy check in. Each floor has its own laundry room & trash chute. Housekeeping was nice and offered more towels on our first day. Very tidy & had the corner room so it was a mix of both ocean & city."

"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. For being an older hotel it was very well maintained and even though they didn’t have a pool the ocean was right across the street! We ended up upgrading to a deluxe ocean view balcony which was directly facing the ocean on the 11th floor and it was so well worth the money!! The staff was super amazing and kept our room clean and kept our coffee filled, lol the valet guys were great at getting our car and parking it back. They were super helpful about where to find places! Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend staying here! Right in downtown Waikiki in middle of all of the fun and beach!"
