"Really nice location in the staff is pretty friendly rooms are pretty clean too however sometimes they are slow to respond and follow up on their request as well as they don’t tell you about the valley parking cost upfront so be aware that it’s around $55 per night and then they have taxes and fees on top of that which make it kind of astronomical if you’re staying there. I would just park down the street how long the beach or across the street at the zoo. Pool was nice but it closes relatively early at 7 o’clock and the rooms next to the pool are kind of in an awkward position. The fitness center looks like it’s just one of the rooms that has been converted to a gym, but they’re all about location and their location is great."

"The rooms were excellent, unfortunately we could not access the balcony. The hotel is well organized and very clean although I was shocked to see how small the pool was. When I think of a resort, I expect a larger pool with greenery. I did enjoy the convenience of retrieving and returning towels. Staff was friendly but the elevator for parking was kind of scary. Overall, it was a good experience."

"I don’t typically write views on Expedia but this resort really deserves its stars. I had a lovely experience with the entire staff. Everyone was so accomdodating and made our vacation an amazing one. I would definitely come back!"
