"Very clean, comfortable, convenient location, shops and good restaurants in walking distance. Beach was right across the street. Beautiful view of the sunset right from our Lanai. Loved that they had a washer and dryer and A/C. Loved that we had our own assigned parking spot. Suzi was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. It was perfect in every way. "

"Absolutely terrible. I had to wake up every morning and line up at 6:15 am to get pool chairs. The hotel charges for beach chairs which I never encountered with other hotels. The staff is not so friendly, especially the concierge named "Sharp" (?) that she should not be in this business. The restaurants including Loulu were overpriced with not so great food. I live in OC, CA and we have an access to beach and we have a pool at home. If I have to line up in the morning to reserve pool chairs and pay for beach chairs, I don't know why we had spend so much money to stay at this hotel."

You’re steps from the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and shops along South Kihei Road, and perfectly positioned to explore everything South Maui has to offer. We never felt like we needed to drive far for anything. The pool and amenities are outstanding — well-maintained, never overcrowded, and a genuinely relaxing place to spend the afternoon after a morning at the beach. It’s the kind of resort where you don’t feel the need to leave. What really set this stay apart was the responsiveness of the host. Every question we had was answered quickly and warmly — it made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free from check-in to checkout."

We have always stayed in the Ka'anapali area of Maui, but due to weather Wailea was better option for this trip and The Four Seasons didn't disappoint.
