"The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful, especially the bell hop and valet. Our room was not nice, directly over the loading dock which was very noisy, we didn't pay for a view because we were only there one night but the bathroom lacked cleanliness, the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work. The bathroom in our room needed a deep cleaning or just a remodel."

"Got here a week after the Kona low storm, so I don’t know how thinly stretched the staff was. The check-in staff was very nice, I overheard another guest, trying to navigate the fact that the water was out in their building, fortunately was not out in ours. Our room, however, had strong smells and smelled heavily of disinfectant which we think was trying to disguise food smells. There was an old noisy oscillating fan to provide some air movement and our ceiling fan didn’t work. The room overall was not clean, but the bed was. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"We loved our stay at the Maui Banyan.A nice spacious unit with a great sized kitchen and laundry. A nice view of the sun setting from the lanai. A few minutes stroll to the beach across the road with excellent boogie boarding (which were provided along with beach chairs and a wagon for pulling it all)!An excellent place to stay if you’re staying in Kihei."

"Beautiful property. Close to the beach-Kamaole beaches just across the street. Good location. Room had beach accessories such as chairs, umbrellas, toys, goggles, ice bags for picnics. Overall clean. We will use this property again when we return!"
