"The property is great. Right across the street from the beach, and very well appointed. I think they thought of everything! The standout by far was the owner, Suzanne.We had the unfortunate honor of being in Maui for Tropical Storm Lala. Suzanne was very helpful. She answered all my questions, sent me helpful info for weathering the storm, and stayed in touch, updating when she had any new information. Being there with my son and having no one to rely on, I felt so much less alone. I’ve mentioned how grateful I was that I rented from her specifically every time someone asks how my trip was."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Offered to let me book an extra night when hurricane Lala hit and it looked like I might get stranded. Room was clean and well stocked with beach supplies and full set of pots/pans/tableware for cooking in kitchen. It’s a condo, not a hotel, so no room service or daily cleaning, and front desk staff are only available during day shift hours (8a-4p). But (depending on unit) you get full kitchen and washer/dryer. I prefer this kind of stay. It’s like an Airbnb, without the mandatory chore list. Just know what you’re getting into. Decor was pretty dated and more worn than pictures indicated. A/C worked, but it was loud. Closet space quite limited. I get the feeling each unit is independently owned, so a lot of the storage is dedicated to extra linens/maintenance items. If you don’t plan to spend much time in the room, or you want to cook your own meals, it’s a great option for a mid-length stay."

The location is quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding—with plenty of space for a large family vacation.The house is beautiful inside and out. It has five bedrooms, with two on the main level and three on the lower level. The lower level bedrooms each has a separate entrance, which provides great privacy while still maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere for family gatherings.Sunny Maui Vacations and their staff provided exceptional customer service. They were attentive, responsive, and accommodating to our needs throughout our stay.We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return! "We had a mother daughter trip and this was a great choice of a place to stay. Quick walk to the beach which was nice and good for snorkeling. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and coffee! The air conditioner in the condo was great and kept us at a comfortable temperature. The extras like the beach chairs, boogie boards and wagon for taking to the beach were an added bonus as well. The pool was really nice. It was clean and we had good communication with Todd and we had no issues. We would stay here again."

"What a beautiful condo. Location perfect, close to the beach, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Parking easy and close to the condo. Communication with owners, went smoothly . And the condo is more than 5 stars. Very spacious, kitchen, living and bedrooms. Two bathrooms which was perfect for our 2 kids. Ac works perfect. Swimming pool is very close. Overall the best condo we had on all the islands."
