"We stayed at one of the Signature Residences at Maui Banyan for a quick getaway and honestly wish we'd booked longer. Check-in was seamless — instructions arrived well before arrival and the keyless entry worked first try, which matters when you land late and just want to drop your bags. The unit itself is in great shape. Kitchen had everything we needed (good knives, real coffee maker, not the sad hotel-style stuff), the AC was quiet and cold, and the lanai caught the afternoon trade winds perfectly. Beds were actually comfortable — firm but not stiff — and the linens felt fresh. Little things you notice: quality towels, real pressure in the shower, clean grout. Somebody cares about this place. Location is the real win. You're a two-minute walk to Kamaole Beach II (our favorite of the three), and Kihei's restaurants are right there. We grabbed coffee at Akamai, dinner at Fabiani's, and watched the sunset from the sand without ever moving the car. The pool area at the Banyan is lovely too — we had it almost to ourselves in the morning. Communication from the host was responsive without being intrusive. Checkout was simple. Would book again in a heartbeat. If you're trying to decide between the generic hotels further up the strip and this — pick this. It's the same price range with a real kitchen, more space, and actual character. Mahalo!"

"Was a beautiful place we only booked it for one night and we really loved it there so we booked another night just in a different room but still equally wonderful staff was great. Property was beautiful."

"Our stay at Lisa & Andrew's condo was wonderful! Literally a dozen steps from the lanai to a well maintained pool. View of the ocean directly across the street! We could relax in the living room and easily hear the ocean waves. The unit is exactly as shown in photos and it was more than enough space for three adults and one child (who is now insisting on her own bunkbed!). I love the separate and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is one of the best stocked we have experienced on Vrbo OR other rental sites. We did not have to purchase anything other then our groceries. I did not notice the lack of A/C , even though it is posted on the description which I missed, however the breeze coming through from the ocean and the fans in the unit were more then adequate. The beds were all comfortable and one of the adults kept napping on the large comfy sofa! Everything you would need for the beach is provided. The property is well maintained by the manager (Lisa) who was pleasant and on top of things. We had no issues at all on our trip despite some quick building maintenance which didnt affect us at all, and would love to stay again. Thank you so much for having us. "

"This condo is large, clean, very well appointed and in a truly excellent location. It also has a great lanai/deck and being on the top floor, great views and high ceiling. One block from the popular Kihei beaches and very close to all parts of Maui.I let the owner know that his place is now our "go to condo" for any future Maui vacations.Of particular note (and very much appreciated) was the owner's communications. I'd give him 10 starts for this. He was always prompt, usually answered any question within two hours! All in all, a super delightful experience staying here and I'll be recommending this place to many of my friends."
