Surcharge on the bill at the end

Don't charge the restaurant/bar to the room! The bill increases without notice! I had to complain and they eliminate the "surcharged" they applied. The could not give an explanation on what the surcharge is for, it wasn't a room service and I got the bill in local currency while consuming and at the end when I wanted to pay

Very good service and friendly personal. Very green and quiet area. Good food but breakfast could be better. When you need something they fix it fast. That’s I call a good service. I definitely come back again.

I liked the location , the service and the staff attitude towards guest was kind, courteous and pleasant. Other Amenities lie shopping malls and restaurants are at a distance . There is always traffic in Kampala. However nothing the hotel can do. This is government and state infrastructure.

Det som var bra med hotellet är uteplatsen. Poolen är liten med okej skick. Rummen är små men det som är riktigt dåligt är badrummet som är minimalt. Gymmet är slitet. Maten är dyr. Läget på hotellet är ganska bra .

En bra vistelse men inte mer. Trevlig personal vid poolen och i städet. Frukosten lämnade mycket att önska men köket fixade omelett om vi sa till. Dåligt med frukt vilket är konstigt då det finns frukt överallt och i rätt säsong. Vincent i serveringen och Simon i poolen gjorde all skillnad för oss. Plus för ång- och torrbastu. Lugnt område med gångavstånd till köpcentret om man har ork, ca 2-3 km.

Room for Improvement

Only one towel in room, AC stopped working, and TV had no channels - but the staff did their best to rectify these things within 24 hours. Once working, TV channels were few. Restaurant menu is very limited and the size of the writing on the menu is so small it’s almost impossible to read it. Staff were great. I just think budget cuts on things like tv, good internet access and menu range has reduced the quality of the hotel. Before Covid it was much better. I hope it improves.

Stay was good. No TV working though which was disappointing. One towel in room, even though 2 guests checked in. Had to ask each day for a second towel. Restaurant Menu is limited. Service was a little lazy. Bed comfortable. Room very clean.

Nice and quiet

Loved the place, very peaceful and that staff was very helpful and friendly. Family friendly on weekends with the floating devices and jump tower.

The morning buffet is not good, as they don’t have much things on their buffet cart. Inside your room also you can hear what’s happening in the next room, as that much sound disturbance is in night time.

Useful hotel for Kampala . Quiet, clean and comfortable. Shiwing sign of wear. Staff could be a little more attentive. Disappointed that pool was not functioning - guests should be told as that is one of the benefits.

Not recommended-Unreliable booking

When I got to Dolphin suites I was told that they were fully booked and would move me to another hotel of similar quality. The hotel they booked me into did not even serve breakfast .

Very nice hotel with nice pool

Solid three star with little improvements needed.

Nice property. Quiet. Need to have own transport or be willing to walk and catch a motorcycle taxi. Service at breakfast and lunch was a little lacking. Noise between rooms was bad. I woke up at 5am two days because of the snoring in the room next to me. One balcony is for two rooms so they are not private. Solid three star.

This is a wonderful place. Everything was great except slow wifi even though this level of internet speed must be better than most hotels in uganda.
