"This is the 3rd we are staying at the Ascott Gurney Penang. We have always liked the amenities of the Ascott, especially the in-room washer/dryer and spacious rooms. The cost to stay at this hotel is very expensive. I wish the price can be further improved, or allow us to earn points while paying so much money to stay here so that we can save money in our future stays. I have joined the Ascott Rewards program but the hotel staff refused to let me bank our points because we did not directly book...
