"Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent. The location itself is good and convenient, however the parking situation was frustrating. Although the hotel advertises parking, spaces are extremely limited and availability is very hit and miss. "Dreamcatcher's home is an excellent place, rooms are small, but they are extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the shower/bathroom is huge and very clean, A/C is nice and chilly as well which is a staple for the region! Thank you guys for the excellent stay!"

"This place needs major upkeep. The room was disgusting. We supposed to stay two nights. No way, we left the next day and booked another hotel. I lost my money in the night we didn’t stay, but it was worth it. Also had a major ant problem. Wife couldn’t sleep as she said she kept feeling thing crawl on her."

"1. Toilet should have soft closure 2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. "
