"This hotel was located in the perfect area! Close to the beach, restaurants and right around the corner from Target at the International Marketplace which was really handy. The staff at the hotel were all kind and were able to help with any requests we had (i.e., hot water kettle, extra towels, pillow, etc.). We were able to participate in the hotel's weekly activities like Lei Making, which was fun and a good experience. The bathroom was a little tight as the door opened into the sink counter and the sink was tiny. But we had a full-sized bathtub. Pool and gym were maintained well and we were able to use them almost every day of our stay. We had a mini fridge but there was no microwave in the room. Parking was $50 for 24 hours, with in and out priviledges, at the time of our stay and it was good for the convenience as you have direct access to the hotel through the parking garage. We took advantage of luggage storage on our last day. Our room was located close to the service elevator used by employees so it did get a bit noisy, but other than that, we had a great stay. We would definitely come back next time we're in Waikiki!"

"From the moment I stepped into the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, I had an amazing experience. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was ready upon arrival, which made everything even easier after a long travel day. The staff truly stood out during my stay. Everyone—from the front desk to the bar and restaurant teams—was friendly, attentive, and easygoing. Housekeeping was especially wonderful; my room attendant was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was consistently maintained. The amenities exceeded my expectations—from the pool area to the dining options, everything was well-kept and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is extremely important to me, and this hotel delivered on both. I felt completely at ease the entire time, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I have no complaints—only great things to say. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Waikiki."
