This property worked for an overnight stay. It was quieter than a motel, but you know that you are in someone's home. Make sure that you bring your own drinks.

Nice Stay!

Great stay! There is a TV in one of the two bedrooms upstairs, and we could come and go as we pleased. We will be staying here again when we're in the area.

Very tidy and beautiful home. Bed were comfortable. Peggy was lovely, accommodating, attentive; great communication. She went out of her typical way to accommodate our needs.

Peggy was great!

Staying with Peggy was great! She had wonderful conversations with us and her 2 cats were very friendly. Finding her home was easy and if was perfect for what we needed. Me and my boyfriend did not hang out around the home as we were busy exploring, but Peggy spoke on how she does enjoy getting to know her guests, so if you wanted or needed to hang out, Peggy would be great company.

Peggy is the moat Amazing and Kindest person I have ever met. Her house is beautiful and very clean. I am a healthcare traveler and this was the perfect place for me to stay. Two large bedrooms and large bathroom upstairsupstairs

A Home Away From Home

Peggy is the sweetest! I am a travel healthcare professional. I work long hours and Peggy has made my stay amazing. She is always available with any guestions I have and is very caring. Comfortable, like home

The host was very warm and congenial. When I asked about a coffee pot, she made sure to get one, along with some special coffee. She was very accommodating. The rooms were nice, and the bathroom was large. The back patio is fabulous and the grounds beautiful.

Peggy was rude off rip. She was adding additional charges on top of what I’ve already payed. She kicked my sisters out stating she had an appointment but we had already payed for 3 days. So I’m not sure why she was kicking guests out.

Unable to stay. Misleading listing. Not a house for rent just a room and bathroom. We were not aware that the owner lived there full time and has her own pets. We couldn’t stay because she has cats and we had our dogs that don’t like cats, and the fact that we didn’t have access to the house as we expected.

No house access!

Hello! If you are needing a place to sleep and take a shower this is the place but if you think you are renting the house for cooking or hanging out is not. Owner is always at the property and is very uncomfortable feeling, like is supposed to be a bed and breakfast but not really. Also, the owner has cats and if you are allergic like me it should be disclosed in her description that she will be there and that there is animals, it almost killed me. There was cat hair in the air and beds were okay.

Thoroughly enjoyed month my stay with Peggy. She was attentive, kind, and warm welcoming. I had the whole upstairs to myself for the month which was plenty for me and my pet cat. Even had my own spot in the driveway. First time in Missouri and I felt so welcomed I want to come back. Quiet home for bedtime hours which I LOVED. Blue springs is a beautiful town with a variety of things to do within a few miles from biking, shopping, or dining. 10/10 I’d book again with Peggy. Thank you Peggy for the wonderful stay.

Great experience with friendly host

My son and I stayed with Peggy for a "scouting trip" since he is moving to the Kansas City area. This was the perfect set up for the two of us as we each had our own bedroom and shared the very large upstairs bathroom. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are the only rooms upstairs so you have that area to yourself. Parking our rental car was easy in the large driveway. Peggy was a very gracious host and answered many questions for us about the area. There are two cats in the house but they mainly stay in the downstairs and were not a problem for us at all. A great experience and I would definitely stay with Peggy again.

Short stay with Peggy

Excellent, if brief, stay at Peggy's household! Both rooms were clean and well made and it was very easy to get into and out of the house at our leisure. Only notes would be that a more clear way to access wifi would be useful, but really this is not a mark off but merely a suggestion for the future! Peggy was great, kind, and courteous. I highly recommend this stay!
