"This hotel was overall beautiful, great location and comfortable for the 4 of us to stay in 1 room. Keeping in mind everything is just smaller in Japan, that would be my only con is there really is no floor space with 4 beds but other than that I have no complaints. Staff was always nice and helpful!"

"I loved this hotel! Easy check in and check out, excellent location, comfortable room and bedding, and the breakfast buffet was so good. Also i loved the pjs they gave us to borrow at night. The staff was so great too, really friendly and spoke basic English and helped us with transporting our luggage back to Tokyo."

"The hotel is well situated in the downtown area of Kyoto, close to Nishiki market and plenty of shopping and food options. Our room was a nice size with a comfortable bed. The only complaint about the room was the lack of 100V outlets. I've stayed in many hotels in the country and know this is not always provided, so I'm not faulting the hotel too much for this.
