"This was by far the nicest and best resort I’ve ever stayed in my life. The amount of details they put into every inch of this resort makes the place magical! Breakfast was amazing, the staff is even more amazing. I cannot emphasize enough how much I loved this resort. Leaving now for our next one, and I’m just sad to move on at this point. Will definitely come back here, no doubt about it. "

"The hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned daily. We stayed on the 5th floor with a beautiful sea view. We Asked for fresh pool towels and they were brought to the room within 10 minutes fresh and warm from the dryer ! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool bartender 'Bank' was an amazing friendly , hard working young man whom made everyone feel special. we had a great time at happy hour!! The bigger pool is open till 10pm, it is so warm and exceptionally clean. We had a great stay. 10/10"

"We loved everything about our stay from the room (cleaned daily), to the friendliness of the staff and variety at breakfast. The hotel is located close to Karon beach (you can walk but there is also a free shuttle service provided by the hotel) and lots of choices for restaurants and massage parlours nearby too. The resort is set on a hill, so isn’t ideal for those with mobility issues. However, the staff are very accommodating to guest needs day or night and provide a concierge service to your room if you don’t want to walk far. "
