The location worked well for us and we enjoyed the neighborhood. We could easily get to all the activities we wanted to do by either walking 5 minutes to the metro or 8 minutes to the bus. We also walked 20+ minutes back from a visit to the beach. There is a family run tapas restaurant very close by and we went 3 times because they were so friendly and the food...

"Mara was welcoming and very helpful for local tapa bars & restaurants. She helped us with an early morning cab which was wonderful. Would stay at the Opera House again. Simple, clean, good local location in between the main Valencia sights. "

"Very helpful staff, comfortable beds and useful kitchen corner. Convenient location for the Science Museum, Oceanographic Park, Gulliver Park, and an easy bus ride to the old part of town. The only oddity was the glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom - not much in the way of privacy, though fine as a family with young children."

"Room was spacious and had a newly renovated Bathroom. The room itself was old and had old furniture that was not attractive. The lighting controls were not easy to figure out… The hotel is well located with parking attached, and many restaurants and bars walking distance."
