"非常棒的位置，服务和设施。服务一流。无论是Villa的接待人员还是滑雪场的工作人员态度都非常好，非常客气。前台的妹子都很漂亮，还兼当司机，有什么问题都非常耐心的回答，有一次电话里沟通不清还特地跑到别墅当面给我示范。租赁滑雪装备时工作人员也非常耐心的给我们一件件试穿，还主动叫车送我们回别墅。住villa的客人在度假村内无论去哪都可以叫专车接送，去车站和购物中心也有专车接送，其实距离也不远，后面都不好意思麻烦他们了，自己走过去。别墅非常温馨舒适，房间也大，我们一层楼别墅住6大1小也没觉的局促。滑完雪泡个温泉，到服务中心喝个免费下午茶，再回到别墅点起个火炉坐在摇椅上简直是神仙般的享受。唯一觉得差点的就是温泉的设施，进门就要脱鞋，一路赤脚走到二楼，更衣室地板都有水，不是很干净，也没有按摩椅，和专门的温泉酒店还是有差距，但也算不错了"

"本当の軽井沢ではないですが、雰囲気や気候は確実に軽井沢の隠れ家的なホテルです。北欧風をコンセプトにしているようにスタイリッシュでシンプルで広々とした空間です。野菜が自慢のレストランだけあって、野菜がおいしいです。野菜が入ったソーセージやスープが絶品でした。今回はお部屋にサウナが付いているタイプを選んだのですが、ドアのタイプが以前東京で事故があった取っ手のタイプだったので、ちょっと怖かったです。あと非常ボタンもなかったように思います。ベッドは広々でぐっすり眠れました。子連れで予約すると階段の転落防止柵が取り付けてあり、助かりました。アメニティーは充実していてドライヤーはRifa です。お風呂は追い焚きができるタイプです。 13:00チェックアウトなので忙しくなければゆったりできます。"

"This was our second time stay, and we loved everything. The breakfast was excellent, but one foreign stuff member's sleeve was too short and the bottom was undone. The staff were friendly, though a few foreign staff members had difficulty understanding my questions in Japanese. This hotel is excellent, that is why I believe the customers would expect them to speak Japanese language in native level otherwise it will affect the longtime hotel history. I hope the hotel continues its excellent service and professional atmosphere."

"Great place to stay for a visit to Kariuzawa. Next to the train station and they will hold your bags while you explore the town, then pick up your bag and head to the train station. "The room was tiny but comfy. I couldn't sleep the first night due to a water-leak sound from the AC, but they were happy to switch my room the next day, which was great. The desk was small, but the tub was big enough to relax in. I didn't get the breakfast buffet as the photos didn't look appetizing and it felt a bit expensive. Plus, waffles for breakfast aren't really my thing—a bit too unhealthy for me. Loved the free coffee anytime! The staff were all very nice. The washer and dryer were also reliable even after four uses."
