"Pleace is comfortable, looks clean but is dated . The bathroom are stain or dirty. A/C does not have controls make the room hot. It is convenient located at Narita airport. Shuttle service ends to early at night but at day time is good"

We had no choice but ordered room service for tempura set. They sealed every dish and bowl in plastic wrap, so the fried food became soggy. Thus, we did not have a perfect experience."

I changed my single room to twin room. They additional charged for 24000 en ( $ 153 ) I forgot how much I paid for single room, I thought??? but I didn’t argue with them. "
