"Breakfast was ok,, not too fancy and not too bad, most staff were very friendly and welcoming at the dining which was great. One or two had great English speaking skill. However, there were a few problems, one was that they rejected my booking because I was one day late due to some flight problems and that’s not acceptable at all. I booked the hotel for 2 days and not one but they gave my room to someone else which is unheard of. The second problem was front staff not understanding English very well and that made it very hard to communicate with them so I gave up talking to them. I believe staff should be attending English lessons at such international hotel by the airport. That’s very important. Staff should also remove their masks because it’s unprofessional and doesn’t show their smiles. By wearing masks people will only see frowny face. Finally, they didn’t check in passengers and there are boards which doesn’t allow you reach the counter which I found it rude. Customers should be able to choose if they. Want to check in automatically or by a person. Overall, I give 3 out of 5 but I have them one extra star to not drop their rating. Hope things get better "

"We arrived tired and hungry, but the seafood buffet and regular Japanese food restaurant was full. It would have been helpful if front desk warned us about making a reservation during checkin. We had no choice but ordered room service for tempura set. They sealed every dish and bowl in plastic wrap, so the fried food became soggy. Thus, we did not have a perfect experience."

"This hotel was a joy. The Breakfast, the Onsen the facilities were way better than I imagined. But the Staff was tremendous! Especially ARIEL. He is good at his job because he loves helping people. He was helpful to us, but that enthusiasm never wavered no matter how many guests needed assistance. This will be our go to hotel every time because of the hospitality we were shown."

"I traveled with my family. We made a reservation for a semi-double room with an extra bed. I surprised that beds were not that size as information in Expedia site. Beds were absolutely the same size. Positive points:high floor, enough space for 2 adults and 1 child, a quiet room, and a delicious breakfast, free shuttle bus bound for Narita aeroport. Negative points:extra towels for a child required an additional fee. There were no bottles of water or tea provided, only coffee packs. The air conditioner was difficult to adjust (it was either too hot or too cold). Shuttle bus doesn't stop Terminal 3 even it is close to Terminal 2(~15 minutes by walk). I saw thst other buses stoped near T3. I chose this hotel because of the onsen however, we had to pay for it and did not receive towels. After using the onsen, my child and I took a shower and asked a ther guest women where we could get towels. She told us that we needed to bring them from our room. I was disappointed because nobody informed us about this in advance. Even if there was a language barrier, I can speak Japanese as I have been living in Japan for many years. Additionally I worked in 2 local hotels, so I knew hapanese service rules. As result, next time I will definitely choose a different hotel."
