"Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. "The condo was nicely located to Coney Island, Staten Island, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhatten. The neighborhood was very nice with great restaurants within a short distance. There is a light rail station within a 1/2 mile walk. Easy access to via the turnpike as well. Costco, Walmart, and other shopping a short drive away."

"I had a longer stay here. I felt very comfortable. The apartment is on the top floor. There is an elevator to take your suitcases or shopping upstairs.Everything you need is available. I think that one or two little things will be added over time. The hostess went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, gave me tips on where to go and where to find things.The park right next door is especially great. I can highly recommend it."
