"From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredible. We came in on a red eye and were exhausted. We arrived to the hotel at 8am, incredibly early, to drop our bags off. The staff was gladly available to assist us. We asked them if we could use a restroom to freshen up to explore the city and one young lady noticed we were tired. She asked how our stay was thinking we were leaving and we told her we just arrived. She immediately asked for my information and checked to see if there was an open room AT 8AM!!! She found one and made our stay one we’d never forget. "
