Very, very nice! I've seen a fair share of high-end resorts and I can attest with confidence that Zuri truly is awesome! We stayed in a bungalow - it is very comfortable, clean, spacious, the terrace is lovely - facing the ocean and situated on a hillside so you catch the ocean breeze. The outside shower is amazing - you can see an attention to detail at every step. The resort has an abundance of tropical vegetation - a veritable garden of Eden! The food is pretty good but can get a bit boring...

I absolutely loved my stay. It was spacious with beautiful palm trees at the lower area where my room was. English breakfast was served and the food orders took max 30 minutes. It was quiet, serene and the beach beds were not as crowded as the neighboring hotels. It has the best beach area that forms a beautiful pool during the high tide and it was never crowded. Staff were very helpful and payments were paid with card or cash in USD and TZS conveniently. WiFi was a bit weak in the room but...

We really enjoyed our stay at Mocco Beach Villa. Its location is perfect in idillic Kendwa Beach, rooms are basic but comfortable, food at the restaurant is very tasty. The cherry on the cake is its staff, so friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Said, asante sana rafiki! We highly recommend this property and will most definitely go back.

We arrived for our honeymoon and it was simply a dream! This was my first hotel in Zanzibar and I would return in heartbeat to stay longer. The aesthetic was relaxing, the owners were present and enjoyable to visit with. The food was DELICIOUS!! Aluna Lodge is very clean and comfortable. It is also extremely calm and quiet. The beach access is the only downfall. It is a bit of walk to the nice bit of the beach where you can layout. They staff is great!
