"The wifi was utterly terrible and kept disconnecting. Also, there was no response regarding if pickups were available so I had to call and email 3 different places. You would think for 5 star booking pickup would be included. Also, they forgot to give me wristband so had to go all the way back to front desk to get one which was extremely frustrating. Everything else was wonderful, from food to room and staff I had a great time"

"Had a lovely stay at Riu Jambo Zanzibar. The beach is stunning, the staff are very friendly, and the food was great with plenty of choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it for a beach holiday."

"At this price point, this hotel is a 10/10. It is in walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Nungwi Beach is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. The walk is not bad at all. You can opt to get a Boda Boda or Tuk Tuk ride to the beach, which cost about $1. And finally, the staff are exceptional. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the breakfast because I never eat breakfast."
