The wifi was utterly terrible and kept disconnecting. Also, there was no response regarding if pickups were available so I had to call and email 3 different places. You would think for 5 star booking pickup would be included. Also, they forgot to give me wristband so had to go all the way back to front desk to get one which was extremely frustrating. Everything else was wonderful, from food to room and staff

"The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great! The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short. They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs! Also ..."

"The room offered was not what was booked through hotels.com. There was construction in the area where we had booked. I personally in the group had to leave to find a room elsewhere because staff said they didn’t even have rooms like the one advertised on hotels.com"
