"It was a nice hotel, what you'd expect in a 3 star establishment. The hotel was clean and quiet, although a little out of the way. The staff was very nice and they made our stay quite pleasant. The only drawback is that if you're not from New Orleans (I am) you may not be able to find something to eat in the area."

"Everything was wonderful. Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived but we were given another room on the spot as to not be delayed with our check-in. The young lady at the desk when we checked-in was very pleasant. We stayed for 3 nights and all staff from front desk to housekeeping and those who helped with breakfast in the mornings were all polite. Definitely would stay again "

"I enjoyed the location, very easy access to airport and highways. Staff were kind and helpful. The place overall looks nice. That was my second stay there and I keep coming back for the cookies.. lol. A few things I don’t like which are my preferences.. There were stains on the bottom bed frame, garbages had no garbage bags, bathrooms are small and could use some updating. I was able to see dirt in the corners of the bathroom. "Tub fawcett kept dripping steady stream of hot water. Desk clerk who checked me in at 5am was too good to be true. So polite & professional and all I wanted to do was take a nap before the stones at jz fest. He deserves a raise!!"
