"It’s the middle of summer and no fan is provided. I asked and they never responded. They saw my message on WA but chose to ignore me. Then when I called because their lock box was broken they answered the phone straight away. This property is LOUD. Yarrow is a hilltop very beautiful building in the eastkent college broadstairs campus. 7-8 min walk to beach. Building is very elegantly refurbished, elegantly simple and so friendly staff. Hotel is small but has a spa treatment center. Very Good bar and comfortable restaurant. I suggest During weekends if they do not close the kitchen at 9pm but at 10pm guests would enjoy more.
