"We had a great stay and experience at Crowne Pyramids Palace! Very friendly and courteous staff. Took care of everything we needed for an amazing trip. They made us feel like family during our entire stay. View of pyramids from our room were breathtaking! Guides and drivers they provided were very knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel safe. Amazing trip and highly recommend! Will definitely be back!"

"Once I arrived they "lost my reservation and was full up" gave the run around the whole time. Put us up in different hotel with was not the quality that I paid for said that they would have room for the last 3 day of my 9 night stay. (I was having alot of dental work done and this was a major problem and interfered with it getting done). On day of when they said they would have our rooms they told use they did not and we needed to find a new place to stay. I have been to egypt many times and normally would stay at family own hotels to give morw to committees instead of large hotel chains. I will unfortunately be reconsidering for my future stays. I do not recommend this place to anyone. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Pyramids Valley hotel. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh and tasty food. The location was excellent with a fantastic view of the sphinx and Pyramids from our small balcony or the nice rooftop terrace/restaurant. Plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed at reasonable price. The room was clean and spacious. Downsides were noisy at night With packs of barking dogs running around the road in front of the room and lots of camels and horses clattering down the street starting around 5:30. Just pack your earplugs!"

"Such a wonderful hotel, considerate staff, welcoming hosts, overall 10/10. The owner Ahmed was such a delight, very attentive to our needs and made sure that we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast has a great selection and the location is at an amazing place. What was stunning was the views from the roof of the hotel, the ambience was just the best. I would like to thank Ahmed and the entire staff for being the best. Also, Ahmed does the best tours of Egypt. This hotel is highly, highly recommended. I wish I could just live there at this point.
