"Very friendly and helpful staff, but I had to sleep in a single bed even though I reserved a queen-size bed. Furthermore, I explicitly asked the hotel beforehand for a QUIET room. I got a room on the 1st floor next to the air conditioners, see photos. The doors slam very loudly and because of the poorly soundproofed floors you can hear every click of the shoes. Really bad for the expensive price! By the way, the hotel is in an industrial area with nothing around."

On entend le moindre mouvement que les personnes au dessus font. Les tuyaix d évacuations des eaux sont apparents, les tuyaux de chauffages egalement, aucune finition n est bien faite. La seule chose positive est que le lit est plutot confortable. "

"Located 10 km from tournai, nice place to spend a few days when visiting family. Car needed as it is not walking distance from anything. It is in the park of a nice castle. Very quiet, green. Rooms are standard, basic decoration. Staff is nice and easygoing. "
