"I'm not usually the one to write a bad review but our experience was just very bad here. There is no reception and that's why we called ahead of time ensure we came to the right place, the guy on the phone was less than helpful. We followed the advise and directions from Expedia and ended up in the vicinity. We called the number yet again and no one answered. Mind you it was raining and we were waiting outside walking around trying to figure out where the building is for two hours... the guy...

"We were surprised to have such a great experience at the Happy Bed hostel. The linens were clean and fresh as well as the beds and bathroom. We took our own towels so cannot speak about the towels. The breakfast had a variety and was clean all around. The place is worth the price and would stay again. The walk to Alexanderpaltz was not too far. Insofern sind die Zimmer mit Balkon die bessere Wahl, da zum Hinterhof gerichtet. Einen Parkplatz habe ich bis dato immer unmittelbar vor dem Gebäude gefunden.
