The staff was courteous and helpful during our short stay. The pub/inn atmosphere was wonderful.

I loved this hotel! The staff is very kind. It is easy to get off of the metro and walk around the corner. Just make sure you take the metro to the Kew stop. Kew is an adorable town. The breakfast is amazing as well!

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sonia at the front desk was amazing . Restaurant wasn’t that great but I would stay here again

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Conveniently located near everything that we wanted to do on this trip, the Montague provided all the comfort and cleanliness that we desired. Absolutely wonderful hotel! Once of the best I have stayed in! It is close to everything important, all walkable- attractions, restaurants, shops, transportation. The room was large and very clean and comfortable! The history of the hotel is so neat too, Million was truly wonderful and he took us on a tour and showed us some historical areas near by, it was the best, he is really awesome! Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.

I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities.
