"Property is okay for the night. The usual pre airport stay, it’s further into the town than the travel lodge where I’ve stayed before. This is a bit more back to basics but clean enough. Very much under the flight path compared to under the road will wake you up at 6am."

"This hotel was a marvelous and surprising experience. Glorious decor all done with deep red and black everywhere. The lobby is large and bedroom grand. What is even larger was the magnificent gym next door. It is the most spectacular exercise room on this planet. Great work and coffee station next door. The front desk staff all are wonderful and friendly. Loved the restaurant in addition to a beautiful walking town."

"Great pub atmosphere"

"This will always be my favourite hotel when I stay in Richmond. The location is great, it's clean and comfortable and the standard has never slipped in all the years I have stayed here. The staff are the nicest and always willing to accommodate your needs wherever possible. I will be back!"
