"Very friendly staff, clean room apart from stains on the carpet, which did not really bother me. Easy return access to Heathrow if you buy the Hotel Hoppa ticket - which stops right outside the door. What concerned me most was the layout of the hotel with the public able to walk off the street and get into a lift and access any floor without being a guest at the hotel, Yes, there were key card slots that were intended to stop non-hotel customers from accessing the corridors, but that leaves the lifts and floor lift atriums open access. Having a kettle without having tea and coffee in the room is not becoming of a 3* hotel - It is consistent with cost cutting, but not a good feel for me."

"No complains. Overall it was great transit hotel. Pro: Location is perfect. Within the terminal. Easy to find. Very nice, clean, modern room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great! Worth the additional cost to get the food. Friendly staff. Check in was pretty smooth for how many already waiting. (Kiosk didn't work for us but someone helped us) Convenient with bars, cafe, restaurant and vending machines. "
