"Very run down rooms, that are not very clean. We did kill the cockroach room mate, so that made things a little better. But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience. "We have been stayed before in the past we stayed on suites one bedroom with river view it’s always very good. A few weeks later we came back and have booked city view room when we arrive and check in then they had upgrade the river’s view room for us that was fantastic service. Food was great also staffs.
