Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but other than that,all else was good .

Awesome hotel, great staff who brought up my deliveries to my room, and the room was terrific. Free snacks and drinks with variety that were refilled every day. Shower was always hot and nice. Location is great, next to the train and lots of destinations within walking distance.

The hotel was clean and always smelled so good. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and spacious.

I will definitely be staying here again. I was booked a room with a kitchenette but when I got to the room, I discovered that there was no facility to heat food and no dishes. I talked to the receptionist; she first tried to organize a microwave and dishes to be put in the room, but then decided to switch me to a different room that was already so equipped. Problem solved quickly and pleasantly. When you have such issues in Asia, I suggest talking to someone in person rather than over the phone....

Lots of stores nearby and the Asok train station is a few minutes away.

It was nice to have a bigger space in a fairly peaceful neighborhood but there is no gym, no staff, no breakfast, and the internet didn’t work. Also had to climb some stairs which could be a problem for some. All worth it if you want a quieter less crazy part of Bangkok still close to sky train and lots of amenities.

We were looked after extremely well by the staff who were friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early after a long flight an all round good experience.

I'm going to heap praise upon three members of the Park Hyatt's staff, Pound, Yeni, and Jay. Pound for making us feel welcome and cared for immediately upon our arrival. It was late and we wanted to get something to eat. This being a Monday, many of the night markets were closed. She listen carefully to what we wanted, found a place for us and arranged a taxi to take us there along with instructions to get us back. The location can't be beat! It's a few minutes from two sky train lines, it's connected to a mall, and across the street from other malls. It's comfortable, clean, the rooms are great and the staff are extremely helpful. I have stayed here a few times and will stay again.
