This was the first hotel that I saw only for star reviews and now I know why: it is a four star hotel! Perfect room, friendly staff, walk to mtr and shopping. The onsen was a bonus and very nice. Highly recommended

Wow, I really was impressed with the Valia. Booked a Junior Suite with access to the lounge and spent 3 great days. The gym is very complete, the breakfast with a zillion options (tried both at Florae and at the lounge and both were outstanding), the pool had a great combination of sun and shade, the shuttle was always there to take me shopping and the room was absolute silence (most important thing in a hotel room for me). I would go back in a heartbeat.

My family and I stayed here for 12 nights. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Their attention to detail was outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel. Additionally, this hotel is located walking distance to many amazing places and restaurants.

Excellent hotel, all facilities are really good SPA, Swimming pool and restaurants. a lot of shops around the hotel and very good mall near the hotel.

Arrived early did not want to gv early even though I told them had to attend a funeral. Paid 1/2 day. Front desk totally not ready to listen next day such lovely so understanding realized I m 73 years old. Unbelievable service after the first day. Location brilliant. Smiling always.

Typically Holiday Inn experience, good quality 4 star hotel you get the same experience no matter what country you stay in. First time staying this far down Sukhumvit road, I usually stay farther down lower Sukhumvit area. Several family marts around for quick supplies. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, walkable to terminal 21 shopping center and well as Soi cowboy if your inclined to go that way. Didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or gym, the pool did look good though. ...

I meant to take a photo of the hotel room before we occupied, but we invaded the room pretty quick to unload after our flight. The pictures on the site are accurate, very modern style features similar to Ikea. Per the DoT star rating, this hotel is a 3 star hotel based on amenities and facilities but it is also very affordable. If you are looking for an expansive garden by the pool and large lobby, or massive areas to stroll around in, this is not that type of hotel. It is located on Soi 24...
