"The hotel was beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood with lots of greenery and cafes around. Incredible views from the pool. A very nice coworking space. And friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Santiago."

"Stubborn insistence on a 4:00 pm check in. Did not expect special treatment but we had flown all night. Clerk insisted the hotel was full. No visible evidence of this. Room was clean but sparse, no fresh coffee and no ice. "

"This is an excellent property for a family of four, or even five if you use the sofa bed. The building is brand new and very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that there is only one AC unit in the living room. Since the apartment is so large, I'm not sure if that would be enough to cool the whole place during the summer."
