The hotel is great. Rooms are big modern and clean, the view of the lake is fantastic , and the staff is excellent. It is however a bit of a walking and 15 min of public transport to go to Zurich so may not be the most convenient place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in Zurich..

Excellent in all ways.Be sure to check out Ruen Thai a few doors down if you stay here. It’s the best Thai food I’ve ever had!

Rooms were excellent and spacious with a sitting area. Shower was very large and water pressure was great. Only drawback was that pillows were to thick and difficult to sleep with. Great location and walking distance to mall and restaurants

Very pleasant. Five minute walk to old town and major shopping street. Roof top sitting area to enjoy a view on to the city with a drink. Restaurant, sitting area etc. Well done in keeping with a smaller European hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel; situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood , a block away from the picturesque Lake Zurich park and a short distance walk to the train station, the hotel itself is very nice, clean and quiet. Staff is super courteous and helpful. The included. The included breakfast was super rich. Would definitely stay here again if visited next time.

The hotel thought of every little detail. On arrival, one could have a cool drink. In the room they had all sort of things to make tea or coffee. there was a bathrobe, slippers. great towels. the bed was very comfortable Even in the hallway comming of the lift, were always apples waiting for you \Location is very good. The hotel is close to old city and train station. It is very comfortable. The bed and the pillows , also the bathroom was really nice specially the shower.

The entire staff was great! From email correspondence to when we arrived, during our stay and upon departure. Kristina at the front desk was fantastic! Overall everyone was great and welcoming.

With computer issues with most airlines, our flights were delayed and re-booked with extensive layovers in London. After over 36 hour of traveling, Natalie at the front desk offered us comfort and a smile as well as essentials, since we only had the clothes on our backs. Breakfast the next morning reminded us us of the comforts at home in Dallas, Texas since we eat so healthy. 👏 Great job! Maria. Plano Texas
