"Our room was very spacious, but basic. No frills at all. The heated pool was lovely, but after swimming peacefully for about 15 minutes my husband joined me and so did a staff member. She sat on a chair and did a speaker phone call with family (including an excited, screaming child) and ruined the whole peaceful o space. "Lovely resort for family stay. We stayed for 4 nights prior to a 2 week tour of Vietnam that started in Hanoi. Great resort - lovely indoor and outdoor pools, duplex room ideal for family of 4, large leafy site with electric buggies to ferry you between room and reception/restaurants. We ate breakfast at at Sen restaurant, lunch at the outdoor poolside bar, and dinner at Organics restaurant all on site every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel very clean and well presented, we would definitely stay again. We used hotel car service to transfer from Hanoi airport to hotel, and booked one of the hotel tours for a half day boat ride in Tam Coc - both were great."
