"The receptionist of the Homestay was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and had complementary beverages and snacks. Breakfast was included, which was fresh made and delicious. After our visit, we even received some more snacks for our trip back to Hanoi. I can definitely recommend it. "

"I never leave a bad review and sat with this for a week before doing so. I am only leaving this review so travelers are aware going in. I confirmed with the owner that this is a home and not a hotel prior to booking the entire property. Turned out to be a hostel that smelled of raw sewage. There was a woman who entered the property daily unannounced which was alarming at first then comedic at the end. Zero water pressure in upper two floors, had hot water at times. Some things may have been lost...

"The apartment is great as it is well appointed and has plenty of room seems to be not long set up. Check in is a security person at the basement who stays on site. One we got a jug to boil water we were basically setup. We enjoyed our stay there."

"I booked this place for our last couple nights in Hanoi and was charged in full. The host never replied to any of my messages, did not provide check in details so I was left scrambling on my last day of holidays trying to secure new accommodations for my family and friends before we flew in to Hanoi last in the evening. I also spent money on having to call VRBO multiple times. This host should be removed from the platform."
