"The people working here are very nice, and the breakfast is great. While the room isn’t very clean, it’s worth the money and the convenient location. They also gave us free water. We’re enjoying the trip!"

Cons

- The room wasn’t well cleaned, the floor is dusty and dirty
Pros:
- The staff service is great; they helped me with everything I needed.
- The location is great, a lot of shops around and great places to eat
- There are some touristic places around as well to discover and explore around Amman
- Short walking distance from almost...

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with recommendations about the city. The location is perfect too — close to trendy cafes, shops, and historical sites. "We booked this hotel because of the free breakfast, even though there is no free parking provided. We stayed there three nights and found street parking nearby, not an issue. The free breakfast was basic but good enough, we liked it. The room is a bit old but fine by us, as air conditioning is strong enough to have a good night sleep.
The hotel is very close to the city center and a free market, so we can have dinner and bought lots of fruit and cucumber at a bargain price. Overall we like it here."
"I like quite inside,I don’t like the service, Like No towels for use ,No water for drink, most hotels keep at least one bottle of water in the room…..etc 0"
"Walkable place, accessible, and sorrounded by many restaurants and shops. Roman theatre just in front of the hotel and citadel is 15mins walk only. The most i admired in this hotel are those all receiptionists, they were calm and very helpful, they weren’t let me down for all my requests. It was Worth it to stay here for more than a week."
"It's a very basic hotel but the room is more than enough for the price, its very big which makes it convenient if you have big suitcases. The breakfast is limited but good. Consider that they don't do housekeeping unless you ask for it.
What makes this place top is their people. The staff is very nice and helpful, Faisal and Mohammed were the best help during my stay, always willing to help.
Over all, i enyoyed my stay and i recommend it."
"Stay was great. We arrived really early in the morning and had to wait a few minutes to have someone let us in but once that happened, everything was great. "
