"The property is exactly as I pictured it would be, the perfect location to explore the South Island of New Zealand. The size of the house was perfect for my wife and me and it was equipped for a small fajitas dinner and a couple of small breakfasts. The only issue was that the views from the property made it hard to leave since it was so breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Beautiful, magnificent views of the landscape, quiet, peaceful, fresh air, safe and secure. I didn't like the dining chairs. Unsafe to sit on as they are on an incline. My daughter-in-law fell backwards while sitting on the chair while her son was sitting on her lap. She nearly hit her head against the wooden bench. No freezer available and no exhaust fan above the cooking stove. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crow's Nest holiday home. Thank you."

"Very unprofessional with the way this property is advertised. There are major roadworks going on right outsdethe front door. There is no footpath anymore and a giant ditch dug into the middle of the road. There also isn't any off-street parking or any roadside parking. But they don't inform you of any of this until 6 days beforehand. The roadworks has been going on for over a year. They also don't release the addres of the property until the last minute either. I guess so that you can't check it...

"Overall clean and close to town centre. No view. Heater in bathroom does not produce heat. Element u/s perhaps. Dry function on washer/dryer non operational. Heat isolated or dead. 3 hrs @ high temp produced clothes as wet as when they went in. Sure they enjoyed being tumbled for 3 hrs."

"This is a property on the more expensive end but when we arrived we really felt like it was value for money. The views are stunning and the property is very nicely decorated with quality linens and fittings. Treats on arrival were also a lovely touch. Thanks so much for sharing this fabulous piece of Queenstown with us. Easy drive to Qtown for dinners and enjoyed a sunrise at Moke Lake due to close location. 5 stars."

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Boathouse. The location in wine country is perfect- you can easily walk to several wineries, and the home itself was well stocked with all the supplies you need. I also need to comment on the decor- well styled and so adorable- everything is so well pulled together and quaint. We used the outdoor tub every night and enjoyed the stars too. Totally recommend."

"The house was freezing when we checked in therefore cold for the rest of the night and stay because of insufficient heating and poor condition of the house. The main bedroom door doesn’t shut therefore you have to push a suitcase against it to stop it from opening The condition of the house is extremely poor. There are drafts and gaps in the joinery where you can see outside. This is unacceptable especially when staying in Winter when it is minus 5 degrees. The bathroom heater broke during...

"Front entrance & mat hadn't been cleaned for some time. Outside rubbish bins full & mixed up Vacuum Cleaner full & required emptying before use. Cutlery basket in dishwasher handle broken. Soap racks would not stick to shower wall"

"Nice comfortable property, we did enjoy the stay however there were a few dissapointments. Previous tenants dirty bed linen was in a bundle in the wardrobe. Asked about heating before we arrived and did not get a reply until after we arrived. TV took a while to "warm up" with a very dark faint picture and when it did start working the picture was black and white, we adised the property manager about this and never received a reply. "Awesome accomodation with amazing views of the lake and close to everything . The house is equipped with everything you need including games, kayaks and bikes for activities . Great stay if your brining along your pet with the property being fully fenced and located right up the road from the lake track. I’ll definitely be booking here for future trips- Highly recommend !! ."

"Loved this place! Stunning location with fabulous views of mountains out virtually every window. It is clean, tidy, spacious and modern with the thoughtful addition of fruit, cereal, milk, bread and even homemade biscuits awaiting us! Like a home away from home. Also, really well placed to get to all the great activities this area has to offer. Rural but 5-10 min drive max to petrol and shops.
