The staff tried to take care of the situation by asking them to leave. Parking was fine it was underground but behind an automatic heavy gate. We couldn’t understand the staffs English. Breakfast we didn’t stay for. The area it’s located in is a frightening area."

"We picked this location as it was super close to the hospital as a family member had major surgery and was writhing walking distance . This hotel offers a discounted rate for hospital stays which was greatly appreciated. The staff were super nice and very accommodating ! The rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet . Also the fact that there was breakfast included was one less thing to worry about . Would highly recommend!"
