"Although I arrived late in the evening I had a warm welcome and check in. Great Yorkshire hospitality at its best, My room was very spacious for the night, a fantastic breakfast cooked to order the following morning. All the staff were both professional and courteous in their duties. A refreshing change from the usual chain hotels or city hotels. Highly recommend this place, and Easingwold is a beautiful small town. "

Thoughtful touches like welcome chocolates and a personalised congratulations message made us feel truly valued. Dinner was superb — beautifully presented with outstanding flavours — and followed by a surprise delivery of celebratory truffles. Serendipity offered direct poolside access via a private staircase, allowing us to step straight out into the sunshine for a relaxing afternoon with cocktails — the Hugo Spritz was a standout. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive, and the spa provided just the right atmosphere to unwind. The personal touches really made us feel celebrated, and it’s clear the team takes genuine pride in the guest experience. "Staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. A beautiful period property with lovely grounds. If I was to find the tiniest fault it would be there was no bread or bread rolls for the continental breakfast option. This did not detract from our stay & I only mention it as it’s a quick fix for future guests. Highly recommended if you find yourself in this neck of the woods."
