Just four blocks from beach access at the 3.5 milepost, Our Happy Place rests on top of a quiet hill in Kitty Hawk. Just a short drive over the bridge will take you there!
Situated close to terrific local eateries and the Kitty Hawk Woods Coastal Reserve, and only a mile or two from movies, putt-putt, local spas and fitness, grocery stores, you’ll feel right in the middle of everything!
The house boasts lots of natural light in the 3rd floor family room and a big corner lot with plenty of yard for games like volleyball and cornhole (boards and bags included.)

Love the convenience and the size of the house. Everyone has their own space to spread out. Loved the pool and hot tub. My boys loved the pool table and ping pong table. My furry boys enjoyed the walk around the neighborhood as well. Will stay again.

I was worried about having to drive to the beach and park but the beach public parking was never full and was very easy to access! We also enjoyed being close to shopping, water park, golf, ice cream, etc! Our family loved the pool and hot tub! Great week!

Stayed here for a friends wedding weekend 15 mins down the road & we want to turn it into an annual trip! Kacie was amazing and the house was exactly as published. All bedrooms were a good size. Pool, hot tub, games, and a quick walk to the beach. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

We’ve stayed here twice so far, and plan to come back next year. Property owners are quick to respond when you have questions/issues. House is great - pool and hot tub are nice. Like all the balconies to enjoy outdoors even from the house. Close enough to beach that you can see ocean from the top floor front balcony. Nice quiet street away from the highway but still close to everything.

We had a blast staying here! It was close to everything, but still felt secluded enought that we weren't worried about road noise. The kids loved the swimming pool and games that were available. We would suggest this house to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay for a holiday beach vacation. The location was perfect and the game room was a lot of fun. Then kitchen was very well stocked and there was a lot of space for everyone. This was a great get away in a nice neighborhood and close enough to the beach for our daily walks.

Our family couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our vacation. The home is very clean, amenities are more than you could ask for, welcoming feeling and the neighbors are very kind as well. We rented this home for our family of four and shared with another family of four. Tons of space, very clean, comfortable beds and everything you could need in the kitchen. We didn’t have any inclement weather so we couldn’t take advantage of the tons of puzzles or games, but the pool and hot tub were wonderful! Would definitely stay again! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Overall it was a great stay! The downfall to the location is being across a super busy street from the beach (which is in the description). The pool could have been cleaned a little better! Our stay was pretty cold and rainy for the end of May but there were a ton of things to do in the house!

The house was very nice. Everyone enjoyed the ping pong table, pool table, foosball,pool, and hot tub. The gas grill was great (no buying charcoal) I took an electric scooter and explored the neighborhood. I kept off the highway naturally and that kept us from using the scooter to the fullest. The kitchen was well equipped, parking was very good (we had 3 cars) and the pool area was used daily.

We lucked out with a great house and great weather. It was the perfect space. The kids took over the game room and downstairs bedrooms. We all enjoyed game nights at the large table upstairs. Walking distance to family friendly restaurants and a quick drive to the beach.
