Only small issue was wifi seemed to be intermittent, depending on time of day - perhaps due to heavy usage by others in area but still noticeable and not something experienced at other hotels in Japan during my vacation. Overall highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay with good location to subway and other attractions. "

"Excellent location. Facilities at the hotel were about the best i've seen anywhere. The onsite spa was fantastic. Clost to subway. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Rooms a bit too small, but typical of Japan. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for a stay in Osaka."
