"A very nice hotel, excellent service rooms very clean and breakfast was very good. The only draw back was first night we were on the first floor at the front of the building and it was very noisy with trams and revellers. The next day they moved us to the third floor at the back of the hotel and a quiet night sleep. Will be going back as it is close to all amenities. "

"A lovely setting overlooking Rutland Water. The grounds are well kept and it's a very pleasant way to spend a weekend. The Blossom restaurant staff were engaging and helpful, taking time to talk to customers. The spa experience was wonderful and again the receptionist and masseuse were a pleasure. Would definitely like to return."
