easy to find,quiet,groovieeee

The location is excellent. Management is working on any issue within minutes. The restaurant was available for dining with reasonable prices and good food. I enjoyed the American breakfast. Sports are always on the monitors. Restaurant/bar staff are friendly. I enjoyed a game or two of billiards.

Very humble but very nice place. Kept well staff friendly and close to many things including the beach. The pizza downstairs at doms pizza is excellent

Great hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean, any issues are addressed very quickly by a very attentive and friendly staff. I will definitely be back.

very friendly, great location, central but quiet, clean, good internet

I have stayed here at the Siam Guest House a few times and always have had a great experience. The staff are super friendly and go the extra mile to make sure i get what i need. I love this place.

Great Location, Modern Rooms, and Friendly Staff! Had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are on the smaller side but modern, clean, comfortable, and well-designed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The staff were excellent—always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is definitely one of the biggest highlights, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and nightlife right at your fingertips. Everything is just a short walk away, making it extremely convenient for dining,...

Everything was perfect except for the bed being hard but I find this to be the case in SE Asia

I am giving this place 5 stars simply because my vacation was great and the value here is excellent overall. This is not a luxury hotel and there is no elevator or lift! You will walk upstairs every time to get to your room. Plus another negative is the the staff are gone when the sports bar and restaurant close downstairs. But this is the entertainment district and you are in the Center of Tree Town and Soi Buakhao- so its a perfect location in walking distance to everything. As others...

this hotel is one of the cheapest around, right in the middle of the action, close to everything!! the noise in both rooms i stayed in was NOT loud, very subdued. i asked about it and was told the area had recently, very slightly lowered club noise levels. i loved it. what made this hotel tho? was the staff, awesome group with anything i needed, location of places, sights to see, they even saw i had a bad knee and moved me to a lower floor, i never asked!! for the price, cheap, was the best...

The owner of the Robin Nest is very nice and the staff it was just amazing. I go in Pattaya very often and this was the best stay ever. The food at the restaurant is very good. The breakfast very rich and good. I will suggest to everybody this hotel. Thank You.
