The experience at this hotel was unbelievable. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. We had a beach pool villa and I can't even express how beautiful it was. The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.

My wife and me stayed there for 4 nights and we didn't want to leave. The hotel is beautiful, located in a quiet place and our biggest problem was deciding whether to go to the beach or to one of the 2 swimming pools.

Even though I travelled a lot around the world, but this is the first time I am taking some time to write a review about this hotel. I visited krabi June this year, at that time some how its less crowded at the hotel. Its a huge place with nice big rooms, very clean. You may not get beach/ocean view in any of the hotel rooms, but it is easily accessible. Pool is very nice. Beach is very clean with white sands. There are no hotels around this one, so you don't find this beach crowded at all....

Hotel is on East Railay, but it is only a short walk to West Railay and Phanang Beach. It is waterfront on East Railay. The facilities are wonderful--infinity pool, dining, rooms. The rooms are divided into the economy rooms (a short walk) and the more superior rooms (very close to dining and pool). Great staff and pool! Great for solo and family

This hotel was absolutely stunning. Frankly, I am not used to the level of care we received. It is clear to me now why Layana is ranked the #1 hotel on the island. Absolutely gorgeous grounds, insanely good food, and top-notch attention to detail. Perfection!!

I was concerned about booking a hotel on Ko Phi Phi due to the low ratings on most of the hotels. We decided to stay at the Holiday Inn due to having the highest rating on Expedia. The hotel is great it's very quiet, located on the backside of the island away from the main pier. The only downside is if you do want to do a lot of exploring (Bars/Night life) or tours from the main pier it's a $20 water taxi ride one way. The property is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The beachfront property sometimes sits right on the water as twice a day (10am-3pm) and evening/night high tide brings water to the steps of the hotel which is a stunning sight, allowing for even closer swimming and kayaking around island that forms in front. We had such an incredible experience staying at Zeavola! The facilities are very well kept, and the grounds are stunning. The staff was so accommodating and always had a smile on their faces. Truthfully, it was very difficult for us to come up with any suggestions for improvement. The only two things we could come up with were 1) there is no ATM in the area where Zeavola is located (so come with cash!) and 2) the website does not do a great job describing logistics on getting to the resort...

We had a wonderful 5-night stay here in late May. Our room was upgraded immediately upon arrival for free, so they basically had us won over from the get-go! The resort amenities are fantastic. They have a really cool pool with an in-pool bar, delicious breakfast right on the beach, different activities going on at the resort all day (although we weren't able to attend any), and much more. I recommend the hotel. Good standard for Krabi, quiet zone, near to beach, restaurants and night markets. Daily cleaning and nice personal very colaborarive

Private long tail boat access with free breakfast. Close to West Beach Railey. Don’t miss the 4 island cruise with snorkeling and Thai lunch with Get Your Guide. Tonsai Bay Resort has beautiful scenery too.
