"Absolutely one of my favorite hotels ever! Excellent staff who provide helpful and friendly service because they are genuinely interested in being helpful not because it is corporate policy. Beautiful rooms that seem to have thought about every small detail. Even the tissue holder in the bathroom was beautiful for god's sake! Perfect location for exploring Vienna as well. Just a great hotel that evokes the spirit of Vienna."

"Close to the center of the city"

"The property was centrally located which was brilliant. Most of the sites we were walkable to and the metro was only about five minutes away. The staff were all really friendly and helpful on the reception and at breakfast. When we arrived we were given a leaflet with recommenced restaurants and a foldable map which was really helpful. At breakfast each day there was a great selection and we could order freshly cooked foods. On arrival we had a bottle of wine, there were robes, slippers an umbrella and I especially liked the shower. The view was really good too. In the breakfast room there was also tea and coffee available all day with some snacks like fruit which was great. We would definitely stay here if we came back to Vienna it was well worth the money."
