"The room and the breakfast were very good. The hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. But nobody could answer me, why I had to pay EUR 10,50 in addition to the EUR 59,50 for the room, because I payed EUR 70,00 already in advance ? Thanks a lot and kindest regards, Holger Koslowski "
