"We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation....

"Hotel Kanra was the best hotel of our stay in Japan. I cannot recommend enough. The rooms are large, very clean and quiet, the bathroom and bathtub are both great. "I definitely enjoyed my at the Rinn Horikawa Gojo, the room was very spacious for three people and everything was very clean. The staff was also very nice, helpful, and English friendly. The hotel also provided us to do laundry, which is definitely a plus. "A very convenient and enjoyable place to stay. Very clean and modern rooms with great inclusions. I used the 20m lap pool for nearly an hour every morning and was very well looked after there. The room itself had everything I neeed and the hotel was located in the Kyoto station making travel to and from Kyoto by Shinkansen very convenient.
